Infrastructure privacy notice

1. Responsible company and roles

lifeview.dev is infrastructure operated by Life View Innovations LLC, a New York company owned by Purple Paradox Holdings LLC, a Wyoming company. It provides account and communication functions for our applications and authorized client applications.

We are responsible for identity, security and support operations we determine for our service. When processing content for an application, we act under the applicable instructions and agreements. The company offering that application retains its own responsibilities and publishes its own privacy notice.

2. Information processed

We may process account details, name and email, protected authentication credentials, permissions and sessions, security requests, network addresses, technical logs, recipients and email content during delivery, device registrations and notifications. Functions requested by an application may also require operation or payment references, without the infrastructure receiving full card details collected by the payment provider. Each service receives the information authorized for its function.

3. Providers and purpose

We process information to authenticate, communicate, perform requested functions, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal duties. Depending on the function, hosting, website protection, email, notification and verification providers include DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Twilio, Apple and Google. We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from content. Common corporate ownership does not itself grant another application access.

4. Retention and requests

Operational information is retained according to its purpose, function, and security and legal obligations. Account closure removes credentials and access, but the last name and email may remain in historical audit records. Financial records and organization data managed by other products may remain subject to their own obligations. Backups may temporarily retain copies. For application data, contact its operator; for identity or infrastructure information, use Life View’s contact form. We verify identity and authority where appropriate. Rights depend on applicable law.

5. Security, location and changes

We use controls to restrict access and protect information, but cannot promise perfect security or availability. Information may be processed in the United States and where providers operate, subject to law. We publish dated updates and provide notice or request consent where required.
