Infrastructure terms
lifeview.dev is infrastructure operated by Life View Innovations LLC, a New York company owned by Purple Paradox Holdings LLC, a Wyoming company. It provides account and communication functions for our applications and authorized client applications.
1. Scope and other services
lifeview.dev is infrastructure operated by Life View Innovations LLC, a New York company owned by Purple Paradox Holdings LLC, a Wyoming company. It provides account and communication functions for our applications and authorized client applications.
These terms apply to infrastructure functions you use directly. Agreements with applications using this infrastructure are separate. These terms do not replace ContactCore’s or any other product’s terms. A specific infrastructure agreement may set additional obligations for a business customer.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to form a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live to use the applicable service. Do not create an account or use a service in violation of applicable law. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and passkeys, and promptly address unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
Life View may require verification, reauthentication, or other reasonable security steps. We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, organizations, the services, or compliance with law.
3. Your content and our limited permission
Customer Content means content you, your organization, or people acting for you submit to or make available through the services, including form configurations, submissions, files, messages, and associated information. As between you and Life View, you retain your rights in Customer Content.
You give Life View permission to handle Customer Content only to run, secure, maintain, support, and improve the services; follow your documented instructions; comply with law; and enforce these Terms. That permission ends when the relevant content is finally deleted, except for limited records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or audit purposes.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for Customer Content, your users, and your use of the services. You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and legal authority needed to collect, submit, process, share, and use Customer Content. You must give people any privacy notice, consent choice, or other disclosure required for your own website, organization, or activity. Our features do not determine whether your particular use is lawful; that depends on how you use them.
5. Security and service operation
We use reasonable measures intended to protect the services and information processed through them. No Internet-connected service is perfectly secure. You must use reasonable safeguards, keep credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about a suspected compromise. We may inspect, preserve, restrict, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the services, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to a valid legal requirement, or protect people from harm.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law or another person’s rights; commit fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deception; distribute malware; interfere with security or access controls; send or facilitate spam; collect information without required permission; exploit, harass, threaten, or discriminate against people; promote violence or unlawful activity; evade service restrictions; resell a service without written authorization; or use the services in a way that could harm Life View, its users, or the public. You may not probe, scan, or test a system’s vulnerability without our written permission, reverse engineer except where law cannot be excluded, or access information that you are not authorized to access.
7. Third-party services
The services may rely on third-party infrastructure or platform services, including an operating system’s notification service where you enable notifications. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service, availability, content, or practices. We may change providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the services.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Life View and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, branding, documentation, and other materials we provide, except for Customer Content. These Terms grant no ownership interest in them. You may provide feedback voluntarily; if you do, we may use it without compensation or restriction, but this does not transfer ownership of your Customer Content.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every communication or notification, receipt of every submission, preservation of data, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life View and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm. For a business or organization, Life View’s total aggregate liability relating to an affected service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Life View for that affected service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them, including to non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Business indemnity
If you use the services for a business or organization, you will defend and indemnify Life View against third-party claims, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use, Customer Content that violates another person’s rights, failure to obtain required consent, spam or unlawful communications, fraud, intentional misconduct, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Life View’s own conduct for which it is legally responsible.
12. Legal requirements and geographic restrictions
We may preserve or disclose information where required or permitted by valid applicable law, legal process, or a verified emergency involving a reasonable and imminent risk of death or serious physical injury. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we may notify the affected customer. We may restrict access where providing a service would violate sanctions, export controls, court orders, or other applicable requirements.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as services, law, risks, or business practices change. The current version and its effective date will remain at this address. If a material update significantly affects rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when required by law. If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using the affected service before it takes effect, without giving up any right that law does not allow us to limit.
14. Governing law and disputes
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A business or organization agrees that unresolved disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York State, United States of America, and consents to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove non-waivable protections or venue rights under the law that applies where you live.
Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to try to resolve the matter informally through the Life View contact form. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that law does not permit to be delayed or waived.
15. Accounts and closure
Each product’s authorization and session are managed separately. When you request account deletion, each product checks for unresolved obligations and explains any blockers. Once all permit deletion, it is scheduled for five days later and sessions end; during the wait you can only review or cancel the request in the account service. Closure removes credentials and access. Historical records may retain the name and email used for audit attribution; creating another account does not reactivate the old one.
